Will the enamel chip with normal use?

It is finished to handle daily wear. Avoid dropping it on a hard surface or scrubbing the coloured face, the same as you would with any enamelled jewellery.

Is cash on delivery really the only payment option?

For now, yes. There is no card or UPI at checkout. You pay the courier when the order arrives.
