Deep cleaning
A flat that has been empty for two months has a particular smell, and the bathroom is worse than it looks. Cleaning it before your cartons arrive takes a morning with the right machines. Doing it afterwards means moving everything you own twice. At the other end, a cleaned flat is the difference between a landlord signing off and a landlord finding a reason, and it is a much smaller number than the deposit.

- Water supply. The flat needs running water on the day, or the team cannot work

How long it takes
A 2 BHK is most of a day with a team of two or three. Book two or three days ahead, and tell us your key handover date so it lands before the truck.

Who does the work
The work is done by verified local technicians we already use on moves, not by staff of our own. We take the details, send them the job and stay on it until it is finished. You approve the price before anyone is booked.
Frequently asked
How is this different from my regular maid?
Machines and chemicals. A deep clean uses a wet vacuum, a scrubber and descaling agents on grout, hard water stains and kitchen grease, which is work that does not happen with a cloth and a broom. It is a one-off, not a replacement for daily help.
Can you clean before I get possession of the flat?
Only if whoever holds the keys lets the team in and the water and power are on. Plenty of people arrange it with the owner or the society for the morning of the handover, which works well.
Do you clear out the junk the last tenant left?
No, and it is worth saying so before the team arrives. Removing furniture and rubbish is a separate job with its own disposal cost. Ask us and we will quote it, but it is not part of a clean.
