Questions about our checks
- What does the Verified Partner badge actually mean?
- It means the partner has cleared all five steps above: document and GST verification, background and police checks, an in-person office and fleet audit, and a published Google rating, with ongoing monitoring after listing. The badge is never automatic.
- How many companies actually get listed?
- Most applicants don't make it. We turn away any company that fails document checks, can't pass an in-person audit, or doesn't hold the rating standard. A smaller, verified network is the whole point.
- What happens if a partner's rating drops?
- Partners are monitored continuously. If a partner's Google rating slides or they accumulate unresolved complaints, they're removed from the platform.
- Are my goods protected during the move?
- Yes. Moves booked through the platform are covered against damage in transit, and our money-back guarantee applies if a partner doesn't deliver what was agreed.
- Does it cost anything to get quotes?
