  I had a disappointing experience with this packers and movers company. They transported my belongings from Kochi to Bangalore and initially quoted ₹15,000. There was no mention of any surcharge at the time of booking, and the quoted amount did not indicate any additional charges. On the day of loading, they asked me to make the full payment in advance, which is not the usual practice followed by most packers and movers. When I questioned this, the representative handling my booking responded rudely instead of explaining the reason for the payment requirement. They also promised to deliver my belongings on 1 July, but the shipment was delivered only on 2 July during the first half of the day. While the delay was only one day, it was still not as promised. When I went to make the final payment, they suddenly increased the total amount to ₹17,700 by adding a surcharge. When I questioned it, they claimed it was mentioned in the terms and conditions. However, the only reference to it is a tiny note in the top-right corner of the invoice, which is very easy to miss and was never clearly explained during the booking process. Overall, I felt that important payment terms, additional charges, and communication were not handled transparently or professionally. Customers should be clearly informed of all payment requirements, surcharges, and delivery commitments before confirming the booking. I hope the company improves its transparency, communication, and customer service so that others do not have a similar experience.

  Extremely bad experience. 1. Firstly, the executive who was giving the quote and coordinating, first sent 11.2k on WhatsApp and then edited it to 12k. I did not say anything then as the other quote I was getting was same. 2. They picked up the stuff from my place and I informed them then that the delivery address may change. The people who came for packing said that should be ok and to coordinate with the office. 3. Once I started Co-ordinating, she demanded 150 per box extra for address change. When I asked her to send me the Company’s Terms and Conditions that informed the customer of this rule, she flat refused and said we won’t return your things then. 4. I have been calling the customer care number available online but there is no response. I got the branch manager’s number too and have called them several times and left messages too, but absolutely no response. *An Update*: Since I posted the review, I am getting threat voice notes from the executive saying that ‘I will not help you unless you remove the review’. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and appalling Customer service.

  Packing was done very well, and the overall service was also good. The invoicing process was smooth and clear. Even though it was a shared vehicle, the goods were handled carefully and delivered properly. We didn’t opt for unpacking, but they do offer that service as well. Pricing is slightly on the higher side as we opted for shared vehicle, so it’s better to discuss and finalize the cost in advance. Also, make sure to go through the invoice carefully. For the Cloud team, it would help to have a clearer payment process. Typically, half payment before and half after delivery works well. Customers are trusting you with their belongings, and in return, they expect some trust regarding payment. Asking for payment before unloading at the destination is understandable, but requesting the full amount before starting the move feels unreasonable.

  Am sorry to say people who transported the goods were good. But the Ac people looted me with asking,8000 for fitting the ac and servicing it. A new ac which I had bought they said there is a leakage. So I told them to fill the gas and repair so that no other issue props up. Post that too the chilling wasn't there they asked to keep it in 16 degrees. When we tried to switch on again the chilling was zero and these guys weren't responding. I contacted the guy name Ravi who said within one hour he will solve the issue. No one called back. Postbthat I received a number of the ac guy to contact directly. While giving or booking order they respond post that any issue there is no response. The Ac charges I paid was 2500 for removal and 8000 separately. Again the ac guy within one month says u need to pay 1500 extra.
