An Alto representative visits your home or office to assess items, take measurements, and identify fragile or specialty goods. You receive an itemised quote with no hidden charges.

Packing Day
The team arrives with carton boxes, bubble wrap, foam, and, where needed, custom wooden crates for high-value or fragile items. Every box is labelled by room for efficient unpacking.

Secure Transit
Goods are loaded systematically into a GPS-tracked vehicle with transit insurance active from day one. You receive updates along the route and can reach the team directly at any point.

Delivery & Setup
At the destination, Alto's team unloads, unpacks, and places furniture and appliances room by room. Wooden crates are dismantled on-site. The job isn't done until you're fully settled in.
