Invoicing and billing software for packers and movers
Most movers we deal with bill out of a carbon-copy book in the cab, or type the amount into a WhatsApp message and hope it is remembered. That works until somebody asks for last quarter's numbers, or a customer says he already paid and nobody can prove otherwise. This is the same habit, automated. You send one word on WhatsApp, a link comes back, and the numbered invoice opens on your phone in your business name, with the tax split worked out and ready to download or share. The amount sits in an outstanding list until it is cleared.

What you get
- A numbered invoice as a PDF, in your business name with your logo and GSTIN
- Started from WhatsApp: send "bill" and a link comes back to make it on your phone
- The same invoices on a web page you can open on a laptop
- Tax worked out line by line: CGST and SGST, or IGST
- A paid, part-paid and unpaid list, so you know who still owes you
- Quotations, lorry receipts (LR / bilty) and money receipts too, each numbered in order
- Everything exportable to Excel or PDF for your accountant at year end

How long it takes
Set up in a few days once we have the GSTIN, the logo and the bank details. Raising your first bill takes about ten minutes on a call with us.
What it costs
Every job is quoted on what you actually need. Tell us the scope and we send a written price with the terms before you commit to anything.
No advance is taken on a call and nothing is charged for the quote itself.
Who owns what afterwards
Your bills and your customer list are yours. You can export the lot at any time in a format your accountant can open, and we delete it on request. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to market to your customers.
Frequently asked
Do I have to install an app?
No. Bills start in WhatsApp, which is already on your phone and already on your staff's phones, and open as a page in your browser. The web ledger is the same kind of page when you want the fuller view, so there is nothing to install for either.
Is the invoice valid for GST?
It carries your GSTIN, the customer's details and the tax split in the standard invoice format, which is what your accountant needs from you. It is not a filing service. Returns, e-invoicing and e-way bills stay with whoever handles them for you now.
Can my staff raise bills, or only me?
You decide which numbers can raise a bill. Every invoice records who raised it, and the owner's view shows all of them, so a bill from the yard and a bill from the office land in the same numbering.
Can I bill a customer who has no GST number?
Yes. A bill to a household almost never has one. You can raise it with GST, without it, or as a plain money receipt, and the numbering stays continuous either way.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
You export everything, and we delete our copy when you ask. There is no lock-in clause and no fee for getting your own bills out.
Often done together
One set of artwork carries across all of these, which is why movers usually order them in the same conversation.
Tell us what you need
Send this and we call or WhatsApp you to work out the scope, then put the price in writing. Nothing is charged for the conversation.
