About the role

You'll take charge of how ShiftingHub shows up on social. That means planning what we post, making it, shipping it, and watching what works. You won't be handed a checklist of filler tasks. You'll own the channels and build the brand alongside the founding team.

What you'll be working on

Create and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and our other channels
Plan and run social campaigns from first idea to publish
Track reach, engagement, and the metrics that actually move the needle
Turn customer stories and moving tips into posts people want to share
Work closely with the founders to shape the ShiftingHub voice

What we look for

You're studying or recently graduated, ideally in marketing, communication, or something close
You already spend time on social platforms and understand how content travels
You write clearly in English and can adjust tone for different audiences
You're organised enough to run a content calendar without being chased

Nice to have

Basic design in Canva or Figma
Short-form video editing
Comfortable writing in Hindi or Gujarati
