About the role

ShiftingHub is a marketplace, so our growth comes from good moving partners and new cities. You'll help find them, reach out, and bring them on board. This is hands-on business development: research, outreach, and talking to real vendors, with the founders backing you the whole way.

What you'll be working on

Research moving companies and markets worth entering
Reach out to potential partners and open real conversations
Help qualify and onboard vendors into the network
Keep the pipeline and CRM honest and up to date
Feed what you hear from the market back to the founders

What we look for

You're comfortable starting a conversation with someone you've never met
Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi
Organised, and you follow up without being reminded
Genuinely interested in how marketplaces and startups grow

Nice to have

Conversational Gujarati
Any earlier taste of sales, outreach, or partnerships
